At Moterohub, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to request a return, please review the following conditions.


📦 Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, and with its original packaging whenever possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


🎨 Made-to-Order Products

Due to the nature of our products, which are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason unrelated to a product defect.

We strongly recommend reviewing all product information and the size guide before placing your order.


❌ Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

After reviewing the case, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

We may request photographs of the product to verify the issue.


💰 Refunds

Each refund request is reviewed individually.

When applicable, refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once approved, refunds may take between 15 and 30 calendar days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
